6. Bookings and Transactions

Any agreement, booking, reservation, payment, or transaction between users and third-party providers is solely between those parties.

Travigo shall not be responsible for:

  • Booking cancellations or modifications.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Provider performance issues.
  • Travel delays or disruptions.
  • Refund disputes.
  • Visa or documentation issues.

7. User Content

Users may submit content including reviews, comments, business profiles, images, listings, and other materials.

By submitting content, you grant Travigo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

Users remain responsible for the content they publish and must ensure they possess all necessary rights and permissions.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, branding, software, logos, designs, graphics, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Travigo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
